Born and raised in San Antonio, Texas, Ruben Garcia is a distinguished alumnus of St. Mary's University, where he achieved a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A) in Marketing in 2000. His academic pursuits did not end there; he furthered his education and earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in 2003.

After acquiring his advanced degree, Ruben decided to return to his roots in San Antonio. He embarked on a notable professional journey with Carrasco Media Group, serving as their Director of Business Operations from 2005 to 2009. In this role, beyond overseeing regular operations, Ruben delved into the production aspect of prominent projects such as The Dr. Carrasco Show and Virtual Science University. His responsibilities span a broad spectrum, encompassing editing, camera work, and more. It was during this enriching tenure at CMG that Ruben discovered and nurtured his profound passion for video and media production.

In March 2010, fueled by expertise and enthusiasm, Ruben, in collaboration with a few like-minded colleagues, founded Media Bar Productions. Headquartered in San Antonio, Media Bar Productions stands as a beacon in the realm of high-definition video production services. The company's expansive portfolio includes an array of services, from storyboarding, scriptwriting, and filming, to post-production editing and graphic design. Their specialization encompasses various video genres, including promotional corporate videos, interviews, web promos, real estate showcases, music videos, documentary films, and television commercials.
